Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Sponsorly. They're written for the volunteers and committee members who run community sports clubs. Please read them; by using Sponsorly you agree to them.

The service

Sponsorly is a tool for recording and managing your club's sponsorships — sponsors, contracts, benefits, deliverables and expected payments — and for sending reminder emails. It does not process payments, issue invoices, or provide financial, legal or tax advice. During the pilot the service is provided free of charge.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and don't share your account. Everyone your club invites has equal access to that club's information, so only invite people who should see it. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.

The information you enter

You're responsible for the information your club puts into Sponsorly, including that you're entitled to store the sponsor contact details you add and to upload the documents you attach. Please don't upload anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Use Sponsorly only for managing your club's sponsorships. Don't attempt to access another club's data, disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

Availability

We work to keep Sponsorly available and your data safe, but during the pilot the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties. Keep your own copies of important documents.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of the pilot service is limited, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending your use

You can stop using Sponsorly at any time and ask us to remove your club's data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, and we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
